Misael Cerda

Misael is the Founder of Akangau Jungle Expeditions.

Misael is of Kichwa origin and has 20 years of experience as a guide in the area of tourism. He is passionate about the conservation of his culture and the environment. He brings this passion to Akangau Jungle Expeditions by offering authentic tours that share his traditions, the richness of the jungle and the diversity of the communities.

Belén Vega

Belen is from Argentina and arrived in Ecuador in 2013.

Belen is our sales agent and has a Bachelors degree in hotel management, tourism and gastronomy. She has extensive experience in customer service, restaurants, hotels and travel agencies. She is passionate about cooking and nature.
